Editorial Policy

   The special issues publishing in 2006 (Vol.1) contain mainly the research papers and reviews prepared in CTP&A and presented at its joint seminars.

   Submitted papers will be reviewed. The reviewing process may be in the traditional form or in the form of anonymous discussion of the preprint of the paper presented in journal's web site.
